This policy explains what Name Into Flower AI processes, why prompts and uploads are reviewed, and how moderation logs are retained for abuse prevention and compliance.

Information we process
We may process account details, prompts, uploaded images, generated outputs, billing references, device and request metadata, and operational logs required to provide the service.
We also retain limited moderation-related metadata such as review timestamps, request identifiers, decision outcomes, and safety reasons needed for abuse prevention, appeals, and compliance review.
How we use data
We use your data to authenticate accounts, run image generation requests, process purchases, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and support customer service.
Uploaded content and prompts are automatically reviewed for prohibited or unsafe generation attempts before image creation is allowed.
How we share data
We share data only with service providers that help us operate the product, such as hosting, authentication, billing, storage, email, and AI generation or moderation infrastructure.
We may disclose limited information when required by law, to enforce our policies, or to respond to rights-holder complaints, fraud investigations, or payment risk reviews.
Retention and security
We keep data for as long as it is reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain records, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal or compliance obligations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet-based system can guarantee absolute security.
Your data rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data, or ask us to delete your personal data and account, subject to applicable legal exceptions and retention requirements.

Please state which right you wish to exercise and provide enough detail for us to identify your account and process the request. We may ask you to verify your identity before completing it.
We will review and respond to your request within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fully honor a request, such as when we must retain certain records for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute-resolution purposes, we will explain the reason where required.
