AI Safety and AIGC Acceptable Use Policy
This policy explains which content may not be generated, how prompts and uploads are reviewed, how violations are handled, and how to report content or appeal a mistaken block.
Effective date: August 1, 2026
Automated review before generation
Name Into Flower AI reviews prompts before generation and may also evaluate related uploads or request context when available. Unsafe, ambiguous, or unreviewable requests are blocked before an image task is created.
If a moderation check fails or cannot return a valid result, generation is not allowed to continue.
Content standards and prohibited categories
The following content may not be generated, uploaded, or requested through the service:
1. Sexual or NSFW content — explicit sexual acts, sexual services, fetish content, or explicit nudity.
2. Violence or graphic gore — graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, gore, or content that glorifies serious violence.
3. Hate speech — content that attacks, dehumanizes, threatens, or promotes discrimination against a person or group based on protected characteristics.
4. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or child endangerment — any sexualized depiction of a minor, exploitation, grooming, or other content that puts children at risk. Suspected CSAM may be reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Deepfakes or impersonation — deceptive synthetic media that impersonates a real person, uses a person's likeness without authorization, or is intended to defraud, harass, or mislead.
6. Copyright or trademark infringement — content that copies protected works, logos, characters, or marks without authorization, or falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
We also prohibit unlawful activity, non-consensual intimate content, privacy or publicity violations, and attempts to evade these standards. If a feature uses real people or uploaded photos, you must only submit content you own or are explicitly authorized to use.
Moderation and enforcement
Prompts, uploads, and relevant request context are checked by automated moderation before a generation task is created or sent to the model. Requests that are prohibited, suspicious, unsafe, or cannot be safely reviewed are blocked. A failed or unavailable moderation check does not bypass review.
We may review flagged requests, generated outputs, and user reports using automated systems and, where appropriate, trained human reviewers. We may log request identifiers, timestamps, moderation decisions, and policy reasons for safety, abuse investigation, and appeals.
Violations may result in a blocked request, removal or restriction of related content, warning, cooldown, credit or feature restriction, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination. We may report suspected illegal activity to authorities where required or appropriate.
Reporting and appeals
To report prohibited content, suspected abuse, copyright or trademark infringement, misuse of a person's likeness, or a safety issue, email support@nameintoflowers.com. Include the relevant URL or generation ID, screenshots or other details, the approximate time, and a short explanation. Do not email suspected CSAM or other illegal imagery as an attachment; provide identifying information so it can be handled safely.
If you believe a request was blocked in error, contact support@nameintoflowers.com with the approximate time of the request, your account email, and a short explanation. We may manually review flagged or reported cases and update our decision where appropriate.
Our image generation feature currently uses OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model (model identifier: gpt-image-2). Model behavior can change as the provider updates the service.
