Terms of Service

Name Into Flower AI provides AI-assisted flower-name generation, floral typography creation, and related subscription services for lawful personal or business use.

Our image generation feature currently uses OpenAI's GPT Image 2 model (model identifier: gpt-image-2). We may update the model, provider, pricing, limits, and product features over time to improve reliability, safety, and service quality.

You may only upload content and submit prompts that you own or are authorized to use. The AI Safety and AIGC Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and explains the prohibited content categories and reporting process.

You must not use the service to create deceptive, exploitative, non-consensual, or unlawful content, or to test ways to bypass safety systems.

All prompts and selected uploads may be reviewed by automated moderation before generation. Requests may be blocked when they are unsafe, disallowed, suspicious, or cannot be safely reviewed.

Repeated unsafe attempts may trigger stronger restrictions, including temporary or permanent removal of generation access, account limitations, or review by our team.

THE SERVICE AND ALL GENERATED CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, SECURE, AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR ERROR-FREE.

AI-generated results are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, unexpected content, or bias. They are not professional, legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice. You must independently review each result, confirm that it is suitable for your intended use, and verify all permissions and rights before publishing or using it commercially.

We are not responsible for decisions you make or actions you take based on generated content, or for content, services, or interruptions originating from third-party providers. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You retain rights to the content you upload, subject to the rights and permissions you actually hold. You are responsible for confirming that your uploads, likenesses, references, and prompts are lawful and authorized.

Generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in public, commercial, or customer-facing contexts.

Paid plans and one-time packs are subject to the published checkout terms and our Refund Policy. Unused subscription credits and one-time pack credits remain in your account and do not expire.

Credits are consumed from the oldest eligible balance first. Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and future monthly credit grants, but credits already in your balance remain available.

Refund requests are reviewed for the latest charge. Used credits, completed image generations, and prior billing periods are not eligible for retroactive refunds except where required by law. Duplicate charges, failed credit delivery, and verified billing errors may qualify for a full or partial refund after review.
