Terms of Service
These terms explain how Name Into Flower AI may be used, which content is prohibited, how credits are granted and consumed, and how billing disputes are handled.

Service scope
Name Into Flower AI provides AI-assisted flower-name generation, floral typography creation, and related subscription services for lawful personal or business use.
We may update models, pricing, limits, and product features over time to improve reliability, safety, and service quality.
Acceptable use
You may only upload content and submit prompts that you own or are authorized to use. You must not submit sexual content, content involving minors, deepfake or impersonation requests, unlawful material, graphic violence, or material that infringes privacy, publicity, or intellectual property rights.
You must not use the service to create deceptive, exploitative, or non-consensual content, or to test ways to bypass safety systems.
Moderation and enforcement
All prompts and selected uploads may be reviewed by automated moderation before generation. Requests may be blocked when they are unsafe, disallowed, suspicious, or cannot be safely reviewed.
Repeated unsafe attempts may trigger stronger restrictions, including temporary or permanent removal of generation access, account limitations, or review by our team.
Your content and outputs
You retain rights to the content you upload, subject to the rights and permissions you actually hold. You are responsible for confirming that your uploads, likenesses, references, and prompts are lawful and authorized.
Generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before using them in public, commercial, or customer-facing contexts.
Billing, credits, and refunds
Paid plans and one-time packs are subject to the published checkout terms and our Refund Policy. Subscription credits currently roll over for 180 days from the grant date, and one-time credit packs currently remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Credits are consumed from the oldest eligible balance first. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal but does not retroactively reverse already delivered access unless required by law or approved by support.
Refunds are generally limited to the latest billing cycle and materially unused credits. Used credits, prior billing periods, and already delivered AI generation value are not eligible for retroactive refunds except where required by law.
